Small, handheld metal detectors are primarily used for security screening. The Super Scanner is the metal detector that set the world's standard for handheld bodyscanners. Just press the ON switch, and its automatic

 		These cards are designed primarily for use with single fingerprints, dusted with powder and lifted with 1", 1 1/2" or 2" lifting tape or LIFT-O-TABS. Space is provided for recording pertinent crime scene data. Cards are available with black or white contrast area for prints. Card Dimensions: 3" x 5" x .012" thick. This kit allows the user to quickly and cleanly take single fingerprints for security and identification purposes. Utilizing their unique I.D. Print® system:
  • The individual simply presses their finger into the included inkless fingerprint pad. No residue or ink is left on the fingers.
  • The individual then presses their finger onto one of the chemically-sensitized tabs.
  • A permanent, black print develops and dries immediately on the tab.

Ideal for use at banks and retail establishments as a fraud deterrent. Each kit includes a round, yellow inkless I.D. Print® fingerprint pad and 500 chemically-treated tabs. This kit now comes in a sturdy re-usable box!

Sirchie DETECTIVE POCKET LATENT KIT
Constructed specifically for use in taking rolled fingerprints, the frame is heavy-duty steel, and the handle is made of wood. The 4" roller is of medium-soft composition, ensuring an even distribution of ink. Using the ink roller, push and roll the ink over the slab until a smooth, thin layer of ink is formed. Then, begin rolling the fingers in the ink. Repeated cleaning with solvents will not damage this roller. Replacement rollers, including new end caps, are available. SIRCHIE®’s Latent Print Field Kits offer a combination of many of the most widely used latent print development products available. The products in these kits are of the highest quality and are designed to best accommodate the needs and requirements of crime scene investigators. This kit is an effective kit which fits comfortably in a shirt or coat pocket. It is used for on-the-spot latent print searches and development.

This 5" x 10" unbreakable, stainless steel inking slab is sturdy and hard to scratch. It is easy to clean and keeps the ink smooth. Because it is unbreakable, this steel slab is recommened for use in jails or other areas where criminals are being fingerprinted. The Steel Slab has a plastic protective sheet to protect the slab from scratches and dents. Before fingerprinting, this sheet needs to be removed.

Yellow with Black Lettering Gem powders are Lightning Powder's newest magnetic fluorescent powders. Black Ruby and Black Emerald appear to be simple black magnetic powders. They are applied to evidence and can be lifted just as regular black magnetic powders are. However, these Gem powders also fluoresce just as the Redwop and Greenwop powders do. You have the choice of using these Gem powders as regular black magnetic powders, but you also have the option of fluorescing them.

Trying to cut tape with a knife or scissors can be difficult and messy. You can leave your fingerprints all over the adhesive side. These sturdy, metal dispensers have a serrated edge for cutting. One dispenser holds 1 1/2" tape and one holds 2" tape Lightning Bi-Chromatic magnetic powder has the remarkable properties of appearing black when dusted on a light-colored surface and appearing silver when dusted on a dark-colored surface. The greatest advantage of using Bi-Chromatic magnetic powder is that the lifted prints will be black when placed on a white backing card. This eliminates the bother of comparing latent prints with light-colored ridges on a black background against rolled prints with black ridges on a white background. It also means that only white latent print lift backing cards will be needed. There is no need for black latent print lift backing cards with Bi-Chromatic powder.
